Effectiveness of Instruction

To benefit fully from the classes at Lexington Elites Academy, it is important to:

• Attend each class and complete homework.

• Review the class materials after each class.

• Study year-round.

• Keep class materials organized.

Tuition and Refund

• The monthly tuition is due in advance.

• Tuitions are calculated by session rate times the number of sessions enrolled.

• Tuitions are not refundable.

Liability

• Lexington Elites Academy is not a day-care/child-care center. No childcare services will be provided. If, in the parent’s or caregiver’s determination, a child is not old enough to go to and from the class on his/her own, the parent/caregiver is responsible for assuring the student’s arrival and departure. The Lexington Elites Academy is not responsible for ensuring that any child strays on the premises.

• The parent/caregiver shall be liable for any damages and injuries caused by their child to other persons and the parent agrees to hold harmless, defend, and indemnify Lexington Elites Academy, its instructors, and staff. The instructor is not liable for any student outside the teaching facility before the student enters or after the student leaves.

Miscellaneous

• Lexington Elites Academy does not quality as a childcare or dependent care expenses.
